Questions
Ask anything. Really.
- How do I schedule a virtual session?
- Choose your session on the Book page, then fill out the short intake form. It takes about three minutes and includes the agreement and cancellation policy. Once you submit, you will be taken to the calendar to choose your time. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your chosen format: a Zoom link or a phone number to call at the scheduled time.
- What is the complimentary consultation?
- It is a free fifteen minute conversation for anyone curious about Divine Grace sessions but unsure whether this is the right fit. It is a low pressure way to ask questions, share a little of what you are carrying, and sense whether working together feels right.
- How do I prepare for the complimentary consultation?
- Nothing is required. You may bring whatever is on your heart, a few questions, or simply an openness to see what arises. A quick sense of what drew you here is helpful, but you do not need to have it all figured out.
- Does the consultation mean I have to book a session?
- Not at all. There is no pressure to book. The consultation is simply a chance to connect and explore. If you would like to move forward, we can talk through which session or package feels most fitting. If not, that is completely okay too.
- What happens during a session?
- We begin slowly. Participation is encouraged, and the session can feel like a conversation, but nothing is required of you. Angie holds space through prayer and meditation while you rest and receive. Some people talk, some cry, some fall asleep. You are free to be wherever you are.
- Do I need to be spiritual?
- No. You don't need a practice, a belief system, or the right vocabulary. People arrive from every background, and many arrive skeptical. You're welcome exactly as you are, unconditionally.
- Can sessions really work online or by phone?
- Yes. All sessions are held virtually, by phone or Zoom, and many people experience them as just as settling as being in the same room. Healing support is not limited by distance. You only need a quiet place where you won't be interrupted.
- What technology do I need?
- Very little. For Zoom, any device with a camera and microphone works, or you can join with audio only. For phone, you will be given a number to call at the scheduled time. If technology feels stressful, phone is often the gentlest option.
- What should I do to prepare?
- Nothing is required. Many people like to find a comfortable, private spot and bring a glass of water or a blanket. You may also bring any concerns, questions, intentions, or whatever is happening in your life that led you to book the session. You do not need to take notes or know what to say. Just come as you are.
- Is my privacy protected?
- Absolutely. Sessions are private and confidential. Zoom meetings are not recorded, and phone sessions remain between us. Your contact and scheduling information is used only to hold your session and is never shared.
- How is this different from therapy?
- Therapy is a licensed clinical relationship with its own training, structure, and goals. Divine Grace sessions are spiritual support, a space to be met, to rest and to heal. Many people find the two work beautifully alongside each other, and Angie will always encourage you to keep the care you have.
- Can this support physical healing?
- Many clients living with chronic illness or physical challenges report feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected after sessions. Divine Grace supports the whole person and may support the body's natural healing processes. These sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace licensed medical or mental health care.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Once your session is booked, you’ll receive payment details to complete your reservation. Card payments include a three percent processing fee. Cancellations require at least twenty four hours notice. Late cancellations and no shows are charged the full session fee, because that hour has been held just for you. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can and we will find another time.
If your question isn't here, you're welcome to write to Angie. There's no wrong question.
